Sorry for the late update but then with not only with the Victory of the Young Guns in the cup but also Blackpool being promoted to the Premier league it has taken me a while to settle down.

I must say it has been a most interesting season, New players, New ground (no new ball as in the world cup though). With the season now finished the big CONGRATULATIONS goes to Josh M for winning the title! Sadly Dave Barr picks up the wooden spoon finishing bottom, and golden boot goes Liam D.

Looking forward to the end of season bash which is arranged for the 14th August - more details to follow.

The League table has been updated which leaves it all to play for going into the last game of the season.

The title has been all but won by Josh M however a loss on Sunday could cost him the title.

The most excitement comes at the bottom of the table where either Luke, Phil G or Dave B could finish bottom!!!

The Team news is here although this may change with Ant suffering with an injury… let the banter begin!

Having trouble getting the result in for last Sunday… if someone can post i can then update…. Also Gen cup news to follow!!

Quick update. There will be no football next week, next game is on Sunday 3rd January 2010.

Please find below the updated teams for the generations cup, having carefully considered Luke G’s position on the old dogs team we considered that he in fact had to much life in him and was not wrinkly enough!

As we didn’t finish the game due to what happened last night, i will not be adding last nights result to the table. (we will keep goals scored) - last night was the lowest time i have experienced in over 5 years of playing. I have taken the generations cup teams down as with peoples actions last night means the young guns will be down in numbers.

On a positive Note Dave Millington has been crowned champion - well done Dave.. bring on the awards night!!
